Overview
CHENCHI WDK-01 (1000N) tensile strength testing machine is designed for universities and research institutes. It has beautiful appearance, convenient operation and stable and reliable performance. It can detect the tensile strength, tensile strength, elongation, fracture length, tensile energy absorption, tensile index, tensile energy absorption index, fracture time and other parameters of the paper, and realize the tensile test of the sample through the precision lead screw driven by the servo motor. Principle
The system controls the rotation of the servo motor through the CHENCHI controller. After deceleration by the deceleration system, the cross beam is driven up or down by the precision lead screw pair to complete the tensile mechanical properties test of the sample.

Steps
1. Connect the power cord and turn on the host.
2. Use a 5-inch touch LCD screen to set test parameters such as speed, sample width, and gram weight.
3. Install the specimen onto the standard fixture.
4. Start the test, the system automatically completes the tensile test.
5. Check the test force, displacement, peak value and other data displayed on the LCD screen.
6. Use a micro printer to output results or connect to a computer to save Linear dispersion and data.
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply is 220V 50Hz to avoid voltage instability.
• Check whether the overload protection, leakage protection and limit protection functions are normal before testing.
• When calibrating the instrument, hang the standard weight on the upper chuck to indicate Error calibrating.
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to Sensors and mechanical components.
• Regular maintenance of precision ball screw and transmission system to ensure long-term accuracy.
