Overview
CHENCHI WDK-01 (3000N) tensile strength testing machine is designed for universities and research institutes. It has beautiful appearance, convenient operation and stable and reliable performance. Principle
The system controls the speed control system to drive the servo motor to rotate through the CHENCHI controller. After deceleration by the deceleration system, the beam is driven up or down by the precision lead screw pair to complete the tensile mechanical properties test of the sample.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and start the device.
2. Set test parameters such as speed, sample width, and gram weight through a 5-inch touch LCD screen.
3. Install the specimen onto the standard fixture.
4. Start the test, the system automatically completes the tensile test and collects data.
5. View or print test results, optionally connect a computer to display Linear dispersion and save data.
Notice
• Check the power connection before use to ensure compliance with 220V 50Hz requirements.
• Pay attention to whether the overload protection, leakage protection and limit protection functions are normal during operation.
• Measurement calibrated regularly, using standard weight hanging on the upper chuck to verify accuracy.
