Overview
Taichang Instrument TC-DLJ01 Microcomputer Universal Testing Machine is a tensile and tensile strength testing equipment suitable for paper, film, rubber, plastic, woven bag, roll film and other materials. It can also perform 180 degree disbonding, 90 degree disbonding, T-shaped disbonding, Adhesive Peel Strength and heat sealing strength tests.

Principle
The Universal Testing Machine controls the precision gear reducer through the High Accuracy all-digital speed control system, drives the precision screw pair for tensile or disbonding test, and realizes the accurate adjustment of the test speed and the real-time measurement of the force value.

Steps
1. Select the Test Method interface.
2. Set the test parameters.
3. Clamp the specimen and adjust the beam lift.
4. Start the test and observe the display interface in real time.
5. Automatic shutdown after the sample is broken to check the peak value and results.
Notice
Make sure the power supply is 220V 50Hz.
• Check overcurrent, overvoltage and overload protection devices before operation.
• Pay attention to the lifting adjustment of the beam when clamping the sample.
• Avoid overloading during the test.
