Principle

Steps
1. Preheat: Preheat for 30-60 minutes after turning on the power supply.
2. Select range: Select 120g or 51g range as required.
3. Place the sample: Place the sample on the φ 90mm stainless steel pan.
4. Read the result: View the weighing result through the LCD liquid crystal display, and the stabilization time is about 2.5 seconds or 15 seconds.
5. Use function: Select the basic weighing, piece weighing or percentage weighing function as required.
6. Data transmission: Connect external devices through the built-in RS232 communication interface.
Notice
• Operating temperature range is + 10~ + 30 ℃ to ensure that the environment temperature is suitable.
• The relative humidity should be kept at 20~ 85% non-condensing state to avoid moisture affecting the accuracy.
• Ensure preheating is completed before use to improve measurement accuracy.
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Sensor.
• Periodically calibrate using 100g E2 test weight.
• Keep the windshield clean and make sure the Clear Glass does not affect the reading.
• Power supply voltage is AC230V, 50-60HZ to ensure voltage matching.
