Overview
Tianma TW-05A Physical Balance is a special equipment for physical laboratories. It adopts metal brackets, which are smooth and stable, accurate in weighing, and simple in operation. It is suitable for weighing in various fields.
Features
1. Accurate weighing, fast and stable, simple operation and complete functionality.
2. Metal material beam, thickened design, sturdy and durable.
3. The scale adopts engraving design, the handwriting is clear and not easy to abrasion.
4. Metal bracket, painted on the outside, smooth and smooth.
5. Equipped with bottom horizontal adjustment screws for easy leveling.
Principle
The Physical Balance works based on the principle of lever equilibrate. By adjusting the position of crossbeam sliding weights on the beam, the beam reaches the horizontal equilibrate at the fulcrum, thereby reading the mass of the weighed object.
Applications
Physics laboratories, teaching demonstrations, scientific research, industrial weighing
Steps
1. Place Balance on a smooth workbench.
2. Adjust the bottom horizontal adjustment screw to make the Balance base level.
3. Move the crossbeamsand sliding weights to the zero scale line of the beam, observe whether the pointer points to the center of the indexing disc, and calibrate the zero point.
4. Place the measured object lightly on the left disc, estimate the mass, add or subtract the weight to the right disc with forceps and adjust the crossbeamsand sliding weights until the beam is equilibrated.
5. Read the sum of the total mass of the right disc weight and the mass shown in the crossbeamsand sliding weights, which is the mass of the measured object.
6. After weighing, put the weight back in the box and crossbeamsand sliding weights to zero.
Notice
• Before use, check whether the Balance components are in good condition and adjust the level.
• The mass of the weighing object must not exceed the maximum range of Balance (500g).
• When taking and placing objects, adding or removing weights and moving crossbeamsand sliding weights, the beam must be braked first to avoid damage to the knife edge.
• The weight must be clipped with forceps, not directly by hand.
• Balance clean drying to avoid corrosion.
• When weighing chemicals, use a container to hold them, not directly on the pan.
