Overview
LS253DL type is a split Leeb hardness tester. The probe and the host are connected by aviation plug, and the host intelligently recognizes the Impact device. The instrument adopts excellent digital dual-coil probe technology, which has strong anti-interference ability and accurate measurement results. Built-in a variety of Hardness standards, which can be converted between Richter (HL), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shaw (HS), Rockwell (HRA), Rockwell (HRB), Rockwell (HRC) and tensile strength (sigma b) to avoid cumbersome manual table conversion. The instrument has 2 Measurement modes. The MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum and Average can be calculated through the statistical mode, and the incoming material can be detected in batches through the QC mode. The instrument can be equipped with four different Impact devices D, DC, DL, C, which are suitable for different measurement needs.
Features
1. The host and the Impact device are connected by aviation plugs, and one host can be freely matched with four Impact devices: D, DC, DL, and C to meet the needs of different measurement environments.
2. The instrument is connected to the mobile app through Bluetooth, which can realize multiple sets of data storage, and the measurement data can also be shared.
3. Excellent Dual Coil Technology with Good Measurement accuracy and Repeatability.
4. The probe has a built-in Direction Sensor, which can automatically compensate for measurement errors in different directions and achieve 360 ° comprehensive worry-free measurement.
5. The instrument has a variety of built-in Hardness standards, which can be converted to each other in Richter (HL), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shaw (HS), Rockwell (HRA), Rockwell (HRB), Rockwell (HRC) and intensity (SB), eliminating the tedious steps of manual table checking.
6. Measurement accuracy of the instrument can reach +/- 6HL, measurement accuracy, to ensure that through the national trusted Measurement Institute detection.
7. The instrument is connected to the thermal printer through Bluetooth, and the measurement results can be directly printed on site.
8. The instrument has two measurement modes: QC mode and statistical mode to choose from to meet different measurement needs. The statistical mode can automatically count the MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum and average value of the 9 sets of data recently measured. The QC mode can detect whether the incoming material is qualified in batches through the setting of the upper and lower limits.
9. Low-power technology, dynamic sleep algorithm, with automatic shutdown function, making the instrument more energy-efficient.
10. Adopting digital probe technology, it has strong anti-interference capabilities.
11. Large LCD backlight display, can be used in dim environments with rays of light, menu operation, and the information is intuitive and easy to understand.
12. Equipped with standard Hardness block, users can calibrate by themselves.
Principle
The instrument uses digital dual-coil probe technology to carry out hardness testing of metal materials through the Impact device. The built-in directional Sensor of the probe automatically compensates for measurement errors and realizes 360 ° comprehensive measurement. The host intelligently recognizes the type of Impact device, and connects external devices through Bluetooth for data storage, sharing or printing.
Applications
Machine tool guides, automotive chassis, heavy workpieces, mold cavities, bearings, Pressure Vessels and installed machinery or assembly parts and other materials hardness testing
Standards
GB/T 13794.1、GB/T 13794.2、GB/T 13794.4、JB/T 9378-2001、JJG 747-1999
Steps
1. Select and connect the appropriate Impact device (Type D, DC, DL or C).
2. Turn on the instrument power supply, and the host automatically recognizes the Impact device.
3. Select Measurement mode (statistical mode or QC mode) as required.
4. Align the probe vertically to the surface of the material to be measured for measurement.
5. Read the measurement results on the display screen, and choose Hardness standard conversion.
6. Connect the mobile app or thermal printer through Bluetooth for data storage, sharing or printing.
7. Periodic calibration using standard Hardness blocks.
