Overview
LS253 is a split Leeb hardness tester. The probe and the host are connected by aviation plug, and the host intelligently recognizes the Impact device. The instrument adopts excellent digital dual-coil probe technology, which has strong anti-interference ability and accurate measurement results. Built-in a variety of Hardness standards, which can be converted between Richter (HL), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shaw (HS), Rockwell (HRA), Rockwell (HRB), Rockwell (HRC) and tensile strength (sigma b) to avoid cumbersome manual table conversion. The instrument has 2 Measurement modes. The MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum and Average can be calculated through the statistical mode, and the incoming material can be detected in batches through the QC mode. The instrument can be equipped with four different Impact devices D, DC, DL, C, which are suitable for different measurement needs.

Principle
Hardness measurement is carried out using digital dual coil probe technology. The built-in Direction Sensor automatically compensates for measurement errors in different directions. The host is connected to the Impact device through an aviation plug to intelligently identify the type of Impact device to achieve accurate measurement and data conversion.
