Overview
The ATP-100E ATP fluorescent bacteria detector uses bioluminescence technology to convert the invisible ATP concentration into visible light output, and indirectly displays the number of microorganisms with quantitative results. The numerical range is 0-9999, expressed in relative light units RLUs.
Features
1. Using special sealing material to improve light protection, the test results are more accurate and stable
2. The interface is simple and easy to operate
3. Bottom detection design, not affected by hand-held or placement angle, no data interference, stable results
4. Integrated box design for easy travel
5. Low background value is conducive to the detection of trace ATP, with good reproducibility and reliable and accurate data
Principle
The detector uses biochemiluminescence technology to convert the ATP concentration in the sample into a visible light signal through a chemical reaction, which is quantitatively displayed in relative light units RLUs, thereby indirectly reflecting the number of microorganisms.
Applications
Food, daily chemicals, paper, industrial water treatment, national defense, environmental protection, water administration, customs entry-exit quarantine, law enforcement departments
Standards
Less than 30 pass, between 30 and 100, greater than 100 fail
Steps
1. Prepare samples and ensure the testing environment meets requirements
2. Turn on the instrument and select the detection mode according to the settings
3. Place the sample in the testing area for testing, 1-60 seconds
4. Read RLU or coliform screening results
5. Transfer data to PC via USB interface
Notice
• Temperature range 0 ℃ to 40 ℃, relative humidity 20% -85%
• Power supply with 2 AA batteries to ensure sufficient power
• Avoid operating under strong light interference to maintain detection accuracy
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure reliable test results
• Pay attention to the capacity limit when storing test data, up to 3000 records
