BOSEAN BH-90M Multi-Gas detector is a Portable intelligent detection equipment using large-scale integrated circuit technology, which meets relevant international standards. The instrument detects gases by natural diffusion, has excellent Sensitivity and repeability, and is easy to maintain, which can meet the requirements of high reliability of equipment for industrial site safety monitoring. Its shell is made of high-strength engineering plastic and anti-skid rubber, which has high strength, good feel, waterproof, dustproof, explosion-proof and other characteristics. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, metallurgy, refining, gas transmission and distribution, biochemical, agricultural and other industries.

Principle
The detector allows the gas to be measured in the environment to enter the instrument by natural diffusion and react with the built-in Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by a large-scale integrated circuit, and finally displays the concentration data in real time on the LCD screen. When the preset alarm point is reached, an alarm is issued by sound, light, vibration, etc.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the detector.
2. Self-test: After the instrument is started, a self-test will be carried out to observe whether the LCD display and indicator light status are normal.
3. Detection: Place the instrument in the environment to be tested, perform Gas detection through natural diffusion, and observe LCD real-time concentration data.
4. Alarm settings: according to the needs, manually set the alarm points of different gases (different gas default alarm points are different).
5. Alarm Response: When the gas concentration is detected to reach or exceed the alarm point, the instrument will issue an alarm through sound, Light Emitting Diode and vibration.
6. Charging: When the battery is low, use the matching charger to charge the built-in lithium battery, and the charging time is about 4 to 6 hours.

* The explosion-proof mark of this instrument is Exib IIC T4 Gb, please use it in the specified explosion-proof environment.
* Ambient Temperature -10 ℃ to 55 ℃, humidity should be less than 95% RH and no condensation.
* Sensor life is approximately 2 years, depending on the Operating Environment.
Please use the original or designated charging device when charging to ensure safe charging.
Avoid strong impacts or drops on the instrument to prevent damage.
Do not ignore the alarm information when the instrument alarms, and take timely safety measures.
Periodically calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure detection accuracy.
