Overview
GT903-Y4 Portable 4-in-1 detector is suitable for compound gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with the characteristics of fast Response speed, high measurement accuracy, stability and good repeability, and the whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 2.4 inch industrial grade color screen, supports historical data viewing, storage, data export and temperature and humidity detection functions.

Principle
The detector uses a pump-suction sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. After the gas enters a reasonably designed gas chamber, it contacts and reacts with the built-in imported electrochemistry gas Sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The microcontroller (using a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor) processes and calculates the electrical signal, and finally displays the gas concentration value in real time on a 2.4-inch industrial-grade color screen. The instrument supports temperature compensation and is equipped with a dust filter to reduce environment interference and ensure the accuracy of measurement.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Select and adjust the detection mode, storage mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit switching: Free switching between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3 concentration units as needed.
4. Start detection: Place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument performs gas concentration detection through built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Data viewing: View the gas concentration and temperature and humidity (such as optional) data in real time on the screen, and enter the historical data menu to view the stored records.
6. Data export: Transfer stored data to external devices through the data export function.
7.Calibrate: Perform full software auto calibration or Sensor multi-level target point calibrating as needed.
8. Shutdown: After completing the detection, shut down according to the operation.
Notice
• The explosion-proof mark of the instrument is Ex ia IIC T4 Ga, please use it in an environment that meets the explosion-proof requirements.
• Protection Rating is IP66, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or extreme environment when using.
• Ambient Temperature -30~ 50 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, do not use in environments beyond this range.
• Operating Pressure range is -30Kpa~ 200Kpa, please make sure to work under the allowable air pressure environment.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger to charge, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter, which needs to be checked and replaced regularly to ensure detection accuracy and Sensor life.
• When calibrating, use standard gas and strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure the accuracy and linearity of the measurement.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
