Overview
The MJB-A110 laboratory Stirrer is driven by a brushless DC motor, which is suitable for Stir mixing of low to medium and high viscosity liquids in the laboratory. The machine has a reasonable and compact structure, ultra-low noise and maintenance-free. The Stir speed is controlled by a microprocessor, which can instantly and effectively compensate for the speed changes caused by load changes and Power supply voltage fluctuations, and the constant speed is reliable. Built-in automatic overload protection device to ensure long-term high-load continuous operation of the experiment; penetrating Stir chuck to expand the experimental application function of various types of stirringrod; digital display Stir speed to ensure intuitive collection of experimental data; stepless Stir speed regulation to meet the Stir speed correction at any time in the experiment; stable Stir speed, competent for high viscosity medium and slurry Stir, can be equipped with a variety of different specifications of the working head.

Principle
Drive the Impeller through the motor to mix the liquid evenly.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Select the appropriate stirringrod according to the needs and install it to the quick chuck;
3. Turn on the power switch and use the combined control knob to set the required speed (30~ 2000rpm) and timing (1-6000min).
4. Start Stirrer and observe the digital display to ensure stable speed.
5. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and clean the stirringrod and machine.
Notice
- Material viscosity must not exceed 100000 cps (mPas);
- Stirring capacity range is 0.2~ 20L;
- Allowable environment temperature is not more than 40 ℃;
- Allowable relative humidity not more than 80%;
- Power supply voltage check before use;
To avoid overload operation, built-in protection devices can automatically handle it.
Regularly clean and maintain the machine to extend its service life.
