Principle
Tianma FA1604 Precision Balance uses electromagnetic force equilibrate Sensor technology to accurately measure mass by equilibrating electromagnetic force and sample gravity. When the sample is placed on the pan, the Sensor generates the corresponding electromagnetic force to equilibrate gravity, and the system calculates the exact mass of the sample by measuring the magnitude of the electromagnetic force.

Steps
1. Place Balance on a Stable Level Workbench
2. Connect the AC adapter power supply.
3. Turn on the power switch and wait for the system self-test to complete.
4. Select the weighing mode and unit as required
5. Place the sample on the pan for weighing
6. Use the clear and peel function for accurate measurement
7. Connect external devices to transmit data through the RS232 interface

• Working Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 17.5~ 22.5 ℃, temperature fluctuation is not more than 1 ℃/h
• relative humidity should be controlled at 50~ 75%
• Avoid use in environments with vibration or air disturbance
• Balance should be placed horizontally before weighing
• Do not exceed 160g Capacity
• Periodic external calibrating to ensure Measurement accuracy
• Clean the pan and Draft Shield immediately after use
• Glass sliding door protection lock should be locked during transportation
