Overview
This machine is an AISRY brand ASR-5647 model FPC folding test machine, which is mainly used for flexural testing of flexural circuit boards (flexible circuit boards). It is suitable for flexural and flexural life testing of FPC flexible boards of electronic products such as mobile phones, PDAs, electronic dictionaries, and laptops.

Principle
Driven by a stepper motor, the machine performs reciprocating bending tests on the FPC soft board according to the set folding angle, speed and number of times. When the number of tests reaches the preset value or the product is disconnected due to bending and cannot be powered on, the device will automatically stop operating.

Steps
1. Install the FPC soft board to be tested on the test fixture.
2. Set test angle, speed, test times and other parameters through the touch screen.
3. Start the device and start the automatic flexure test.
4. The device automatically counts and stops automatically when the set number of times is reached or the product is broken.
Notice
• Please ensure that the working power supply is AC 220V 50HZ.
• The test stroke can be manually adjusted within the range of 45 to 100mm.
• The maximum width and opening width of the test fixture are 100mm.
The folding speed setting should pay attention to the difference in the limit speed between the stepper motor and the servo motor.
• The test number counter can be preset 0~ 999999 times.
