Overview
LC-101-0 electric air blowing dryer adopts accurate temperature Control system, suitable for electromechanical, chemical, plastic, light industry and other industries and R & D institutions, used for baking, drying, curing, heat treatment and Miscellaneous heating of products and samples. Not suitable for volatile items or strong acid and alkali samples.
Features
1. PID temperature control technology, stable temperature control, built-in LCD LCD display temperature status.
2. The software has functions such as timing, over-temperature alarm, temperature deviation correction, and temperature control self-tuning.
3. Left electric heating tube heating (only 101 models), electric heating tube mass upgrade, not easy to leak and short circuit during operation, safe to use.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating tube on the left side, and an independently controlled blower is used to promote air circulation in the box, so that the heat is evenly distributed. PID temperature control technology monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time to ensure that the temperature in the working room is accurate and stable.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
Connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the LCD screen.
4. Turn on or off the blower as required.
5. Put in the sample to be treated, noting that the sample should not be volatile or strong acid or alkali substances.
6. Close the box door and the equipment starts working.
7. After the work is completed, remove the sample and power off the device.
Notice
• It is not suitable for volatile items or strong acid and alkali samples to avoid explosion.
• Do not touch the heating parts while the equipment is running.
• When placing samples, make sure not to exceed the maximum load-bearing capacity of the shelf (15Kg).
• When cleaning the studio, disconnect the power and wait for the equipment to chill down.
• Regularly check the sealing strips and electrical components to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
