Overview
LICHEN LC-101-00B electric air blowing dryer adopts accurate temperature Control system, which is widely used in electromechanical, chemical, plastic, light industry and R & D institutions. It is used for baking, drying, curing, heat treatment and Miscellaneous heating of various products and samples. It is not suitable for volatile items or strong acid and alkali samples to avoid explosion.
Features
1. Using PID temperature control technology, the temperature control is more stable, and the built-in LCD LCD screen displays the temperature status.
2. The software has functions such as timing, over-temperature alarm, temperature deviation correction, and temperature control self-tuning.
3. Left electric heating tube heating (only 101 models), no heat source at the bottom, electric heating tube mass upgrade, not easy to leak and short circuit during operation, safer to use.
4. The fan that can be switched on and off independently is resistant to high temperature, corrosion and durability, and the noise does not exceed 50dB when working (measured at 5cm on the front of the box when running at full Power).

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through the electric heating tube on the left side, and the hot air is forced to circulate by an independently controlled fan to distribute the temperature evenly in the working room. The PID Temperature Control system monitors and adjusts the Heating power in real time to maintain the set temperature and achieve accurate and stable heating treatment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the LCD screen.
3. Install or adjust the shelves in the studio as needed.
4. Put the sample to be processed into the studio and close the box door.
5. Start the heating and blowing functions, and the equipment starts to work.
6. During the working process, the internal situation can be viewed through the observation window.
7. After the timing is over or when it needs to be stopped manually, turn off the heating and blowing functions, and take out the sample after the temperature drops.
8. After use, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power connection.
Notice
• This equipment is not suitable for volatile items or strong acid and alkali samples to avoid explosion.
• Do not touch heating parts or high temperature surfaces while the equipment is running to prevent burns.
• When placing the sample, make sure not to exceed the maximum load-bearing capacity of the shelf (15Kg), and do not block the trend.
• When cleaning the studio, disconnect the power first and wait until the equipment is completely chilled down.
• Regularly check the integrity of the sealing strip and electrical components. If there is any damage, please contact a professional for repair or replacement in time.
• When the equipment is running, please keep the surroundings well ventilated and do not cover the trend or the trend.
