It is suitable for baking, drying, curing, heat treatment of products and samples. This product is not suitable for volatile items or strong acid and alkali samples to avoid explosion.

Principle
The electric air blowing dryer generates heat through the electric heating tube on the left (only 101 models), which is combined with the fan that can be switched on and off independently for blowing, so that the hot air circulates inside the studio for uniform heating. The core PID temperature Control system monitors the temperature through the built-in Sensor and automatically adjusts the Heating power to maintain the stability of the set temperature.

Steps
Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect it to an AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 300 ° C) and timing time (up to 9999 minutes) through the LCD screen.
3. The fan function can be turned on or off independently as required.
4. Place the sample to be processed on a freely removable shelf and close the box door.
5. The device starts to work, and the PID system automatically controls the temperature. Users can observe the internal situation through a large window.
6. After the set time is reached or the processing is completed, turn off the power of the equipment and take out the sample after it is chilled down.
