Principle
The Ultrasonic Cleaner uses high-frequency ultrasound to generate cavitation effect in the cleaning liquid, forming countless tiny bubbles and instantly bursting, generating a strong Impact force to disbond and remove dirt, grease, wax and other impurities attached to the surface of the object. Combined with heating, degassing, pulse and other Operating Modes, it realizes efficient and deep cleaning of complex shaped items.

Steps
1. According to the cleaning needs, add an appropriate amount of cleaning liquid to the cleaning tank.
2. Put the items to be cleaned into the cleaning tank.
3. Set the required ultrasonic frequency (28/40/68 KHz), temperature (RT + 0~ 100 ℃), timing (00:01~ 99:59 or normally open) and Operating Mode (such as degassing, pulse, etc.) through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start the cleaning process.
5. After cleaning, remove the items and turn off the power.

* Make sure the equipment is well grounded and placed on a smooth, ventilated countertop.
When adding the cleaning liquid, the liquid level should not exceed the highest water level calibrated in the inner tank.
