Overview
The MS110 halogen Moisture Analyzer uses a stainless steel mirror heating chamber and intermittent continuous heating technology to heat the sample more evenly. The bottom is a precision cast aluminum shell, and the upper part is made of temperature-resistant material, with a heat-resistant temperature of more than 200 °. Equipped with HBM Sensor and unique Appearance design (patent number: ZL201430389248.2), it can remember multiple sets of drying processes. This moisture meter is suitable for a variety of industries that need to quickly determine moisture.

Principle
The MS110 halogen Moisture Analyzer uses a halogen lamp as a heating source to heat the sample evenly through intermittent continuous heating. The instrument calculates the percentage of moisture content by accurately measuring the weight change of the sample during heating through the HBM Sensor.

Steps
1. Select the heating mode (standard heating mode, soft heating mode, fast heating mode)
2. Set heating temperature and time parameters
3. Place the sample and start the test
4. Complete the measurement according to the set end mode (automatic stop mode, manual stop mode, timed stop mode)
Notice
• The heat-resistant temperature of the instrument is above 200 °, please do not use it beyond this Temperature range
• Power supply voltage 220V 50HZ before use
• Do not touch the heating compartment during the heating process to avoid burns
• Periodic external calibrating to ensure Measurement accuracy
• Optional thermal paper printer needs to be configured separately
