Overview
The XY-105W series halogen Moisture Analyzer adopts an all-stainless steel mirror heating chamber and intermittent continuous heating technology to make the sample heat more evenly. The bottom is a precision cast aluminum shell, the upper part is made of imported heat-resistant materials, and the heat-resistant temperature is above 200 °. The Sensor is imported from HBM. With a unique Appearance design (patent number: ZL201430389248.2), it can remember multiple sets of drying processes. This moisture meter is suitable for industries that need to quickly determine moisture.

Principle
Using a halogen lamp as a heating source, the sample is uniformly heated by intermittent continuous heating, and the moisture content of the sample is measured by a precision Sensor, and the drying process is automatically recorded.

Steps
1. Select the heating mode (standard heating mode, soft heating mode, fast heating mode)
2. Set heating temperature and time parameters
3. Place the sample and start the test
4. Complete the measurement according to the set end mode (automatic stop mode, manual stop mode, timed stop mode)

• Heating Temperature range should be between RT + 40~ 199 ℃
• Timer Range within 1~ 99min
• The maximum weighing value does not exceed 110g
