Overview
XY-100W series halogen Moisture Analyzer adopts all stainless steel mirror heating chamber and precision casting aluminum shell, with heat resistance temperature above 200 °, equipped with HBM imported Sensor. It has a unique Appearance design (patent number: ZL201430389248.2), which can remember multiple sets of drying processes. It is widely used in the production and experimental process of food, grain, feed, seed, rapeseed, tea, Spinning & weaving, agriculture and forestry, papermaking, rubber and other industries. It is suitable for market rapid screening in farms, slaughterhouses, meat product deep processing enterprises, Inspection & Quarantine units, and industrial and commercial quality supervision departments.

Principle
The Moisture Analyzer uses a halogen lamp as a heating source. Through intermittent continuous heating, the sample is heated more uniformly in the heating chamber. Combined with the HBM imported Sensor, accurate measurement of moisture content is achieved to achieve rapid moisture determination.

Steps
1. Select the heating mode (standard, soft or fast); 2. Set the heating temperature and time as needed; 3. Place the sample on the pan; 4. Start the test, and the instrument will automatically or manually stop; 5. Read the displayed moisture and dry weight content data.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V 50HZ before use; • Heating temperature should not exceed 199 ℃; • Avoid operating in humid or high temperature environment; • Periodic external calibrating to ensure accuracy; • Do not touch the heating chamber during the heating process to prevent burns.
