Overview
TAISITE WGL-30D electric air blowing dryer is a vertical drying equipment using PID intelligent temperature control technology. Temperature range is RT + 10~ 300 ℃, which has the characteristics of good temperature uniformity, convenient operation, safety and reliability. Its Inner chamber dimensions are 310 * 310 * 310mm and volume is 30L, which is suitable for drying treatment of various samples.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through a stainless steel heating tube, using a dual air duct forced convection method, and a turbo centrifugal fan forces the air to circulate evenly in the studio. The PID intelligent temperature control system monitors and regulates the temperature in real time to ensure that the set value is quickly reached and stable operation is maintained.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
3. Start the device and wait for the temperature to reach the set value.
4. After the equipment is completed, it will automatically stop and take out the sample.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC220V requirements before use.
• Avoid overloading. Load per shelf is 15kg.
• Do not touch the outer door during high temperature operation to prevent burns.
• Regularly check the fan and heating elements to ensure normal operation.
• Optional functions need to be configured according to actual needs.
