TAISITE WGL-30T electric air blowing dryer is a vertical drying equipment using PID intelligent temperature control technology, which has the characteristics of rapid heating and stable operation. Its studio volume is 30L, Temperature range RT + 10~ 300 ℃, using double air duct forced convection and mirror stainless steel studio material, suitable for drying all kinds of samples.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through a stainless steel heating tube and uses a dual air duct forced convection method to evenly send hot air into the studio through a turbo centrifugal fan. The PID intelligent temperature control system monitors and regulates the temperature in real time to ensure that the temperature is stable at the set value. The speed regulating fan can adjust the air speed according to the characteristics of the sample to achieve the best drying effect.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device switch
2. Set the desired temperature through a 5-inch color touchscreen
3. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation or regular operation
4. Set the timing time (0~ 9999 minutes)
5. If you need to make an appointment to start, set the appointment time
6. Start the device and wait for the temperature to reach the set value
7. Put in the sample for drying
8. The device stops automatically or manually after processing is completed

• Before use, please check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of AC220V
• Do not touch high temperature parts when the equipment is working
• Load per shelf no more than 15kg when placing samples
• Regularly check the running status of the fan to ensure smooth ventilation
• Do not open the box door for a long time under high temperature conditions
• If there is an over-rise alarm during the operation of the equipment, please check the temperature setting in time
