Overview
TAISITE WGL-125D electric air blowing dryer is a vertical drying equipment using PID intelligent temperature control technology. Temperature range is RT + 10~ 300 ℃, which has the characteristics of uniform temperature, convenient operation and safety and reliability. Its Inner chamber dimensions are 500 * 450 * 550mm and volume is 125L, which is suitable for drying of various materials.

Principle
The drying oven uses a stainless steel heating tube to heat the air through a dual air duct forced convection system, and is forced to supply air by a turbo centrifugal fan to ensure uniform temperature distribution inside the studio. The PID intelligent temperature control system monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time, quickly reaches and stabilizes the set value, and can be equipped with an overlift preventer to further improve the control accuracy and safety.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V.
2. Use the touch of four buttons to set the required temperature and timing parameters.
3. Select the operation mode, such as fixed-value operation, regular operation, automatic stop or scheduled start.
4. Start the device, wait for the temperature to reach the set value, and operate stably.
5. After the operation is completed, the device automatically stops or handles according to the settings.
