Overview
TAISITE WGL-125T electric air blowing dryer is a vertical drying equipment with PID intelligent temperature control technology, which has the characteristics of rapid heating and stable operation. The equipment is equipped with a dual air duct forced convection system and a speed regulating fan to ensure uniform temperature distribution, which is suitable for drying a variety of samples.

Principle
The drying oven uses a turbine centrifugal fan to force air through a dual air duct forced convection system to circulate hot air evenly in the studio. The PID intelligent temperature control system precisely adjusts the power of the heating tube to quickly reach and maintain the set temperature. At the same time, the speed regulating fan can adjust the air speed according to the characteristics of the sample to ensure efficient drying.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device switch.
2. Set the required temperature and time parameters through the touchscreen.
3. Select the operation mode (e.g. fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the device and monitor the running status.
5. After the operation, the equipment automatically stops and the sample is taken out.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC220V) before use.
• Avoid overloading. Load per shelf is 15kg.
• Do not touch the outer door during high temperature operation to prevent burns.
• Regularly check the fan and heating elements to ensure normal operation.
• Clean the studio in time after use to prevent residues from affecting performance.
