Overview
TBJ-B4-DJ6 Automatic Film Applicator is a small Lab Film Applicator for China experiments. It adopts imported accessories and is cheap, and is favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's glue application by controlling speed and stable pressure. It is a customized metering rod & doctor blade heating vacuum adsorption Lab Film Applicator. It is equipped with an automatic feeding system to improve film reproducibility and solve the problem of inconsistent artificial Spreaders.

Principle
The automatic Film Applicator ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the stable pressure applied to the film applicator. The feeding system adopts the principle of outflow of air source pressure, and controls the amount of material by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port to realize reciprocating linear motion feeding. Spreader accurately wet-film on different substrates to improve film reproducibility.

Steps
1. Connect the host power supply (220V 50Hz) and the air source of the feeding system (0.6Mpa); 2. Select the specifications of the Spreader stick and set the Spreader parameters (such as speed and Film thickness) according to the needs; 3. Start the device and adjust the Spreader speed through the digital display interface; 4. Use the automatic feeding system for feeding, adjust the air pressure and speed to control the amount of material; 5. Perform Spreader operation to monitor the uniformity of the Spreader; 6. When the heating function is optional, set the Temperature range; 7. After the Spreader is completed, turn off the device and clean it.
Notice
* Make sure the substrate is flat before Spreader, optional accessories such as substrate fixing fixture auxiliary; * The gas source of the feeding system needs to be equipped with a φ 8 trachea, and the pressure does not exceed 0.6Mpa; * The maximum pressure of the feeding barrel is 8Mpa, and it should not exceed the limit when used; * When the heating function is operated, pay attention to the temperature accuracy of +/- 3 ° C to avoid overheating; * When the Spreader rate is lower than 5mm/s, it needs to be customized to ensure the compatibility of the equipment; * When using optional accessories such as leakage tanks, follow the safety operating procedures; * Regularly check the configuration of the feeding barrel such as safety valves and pressure regulating valves to ensure normal operation; * The equipment is not customized to the standard, and the actual specifications shall prevail when ordering.
