Overview
BENTING BGDW-50 (-10 ℃) low temperature test chamber is used for high and low temperature and constant heat and humidity reliability test of industrial products. The product can be used for electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, universities, R & D institutions and other related products. The parts and materials are inspected under high and low temperature cycle, constant heat and humidity changes. The performance indicators meet the national standard GB10592-89, and are suitable for test methods stipulated in many national standards.

Principle
The test chamber simulates and precisely controls the required low temperature, high temperature and constant heat and humidity environment in a closed working room through its refrigeration and heating system. The control system adjusts the temperature and humidity according to the set parameters to perform standard environment stress tests on the test samples placed in the box, and inspects its performance and reliability under extreme temperature and humidity conditions.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a place that meets the requirements of the Operating Environment (temperature 5 ° C~ + 30 ° C, humidity ≤ 85% R.H), and connect it to an AC380V +/- 10% 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required test parameters through the Chinese interface of the control instrument (Shanghai Songhua "TK1200" series), such as temperature range (-10 ° C to 60 ° C), heating/cooling rate, etc.
3. Place the sample to be tested inside the studio.
4. Start the equipment and start the test.
5. During the test, the built-in safety protection system of the equipment (e.g. leakage, overtemperature, overload protection, etc.) will monitor the operating status.
6. After the test, remove the sample and turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
Equipment needs to use AC380V +/- 10% 50HZ power supply and ensure good grounding.
Equipment should be used under Ambient Temperature 5 ℃~ + 30 ℃ and Humidity ≤ 85% R.H.
• When placing samples, do not block the air duct in the working room to ensure Temperature Uniformity.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the temperature and humidity control accuracy and Compressor life.
• Regularly check and ensure that all safety protection functions of the equipment (leakage, short circuit, overtemperature, compression overvoltage, overload, overcurrent protection) are normal and effective.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair equipment, especially refrigeration systems and electrical components.
