Overview
The FANGZHOU PHS-3C acidity meter is a microprocessor-controlled precision measuring instrument with a programmatic design and membrane button operation. The instrument is equipped with a large LCD display and a backlight function, which can clearly display measurement data and diagnostic information in a dim ray of light environment.
Features
1. Microprocessor control, programmed design, membrane button operation
2. Large LCD display with backlight function, clearer display when the rays of light are dark
3. Large LCD display showing detailed measurement data and diagnostic information
4. Measurement of pH, mV, ORP and temperature in solution
5. ATC automatic identification, support automatic/manual temperature compensation
6. Support 4 groups of 12 pH standard solutions, one-click calibration, 3-point calibrating, automatic identification and calibrating
7. Electrode diagnostic function, showing Electrode slope, parameter indication, equilibrate indication and data stability sign
Principle
The acidity meter detects the concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution through the Electrode Sensor, converts the chemical signal into an electrical signal, and displays the ph value after processing by the microprocessor. At the same time, the mV, ORP and temperature values of the solution can be measured, and the automatic temperature compensation function ensures the measurement accuracy.
Applications
Laboratory water quality testing, industrial process control, environment monitoring, Food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, scientific research and education
Standards
China、MT Europe、NIST、MERCK
Steps
1. Electrode and temperature sensor interface
2. Turn on the power supply (DC9V 300mA, internal positive and external negative)
3. Measurement mode (pH/mV/ORP/temperature)
4. Use 4 groups of 12 standard solutions for 1/2/3 point calibration
5. Electrode immersion in the solution to be tested
6. Read the measurement data on the LCD display
7. Data transmission can be carried out through the RS232 interface
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the Electrode interface and the temperature interface are connected correctly
• The specified standard buffer should be used for calibration
• Electrode should be completely immersed in the solution to be tested during measurement
• Note that the polarity of the power supply is internal positive and external negative
• Regular Electrode Diagnosis and Maintenance
• Avoid use in conditions beyond the Measurement range
