JINGWEN JW111J mechanical tearing tester is a special equipment for measuring paper or Cardboard Tear strength. Its technical indicators and performance parameters comply with ISO1974 and GB455.1 standards, and are suitable for papermaking, scientific research and product mass supervision and inspection industries.

Principle
The instrument applies force to a standard size paper sample until a tear occurs, records the applied force and the location and manner of the tear, and calculates the paper's Tear strength indicators such as Tear strength value and tear length through the test results.

Steps
1. Prepare standard size paper samples
2. Install the sample on the clip surface
3. Select the appropriate measurement pendulum
4. Apply force until the paper tears
5. Record test data and calculate Tearing strength indicators

• Measurement range should be within 10~ 1000mN specified by the instrument
• Indication Error is +/- 1% in the range of 20% to 80% and +/- 0.5% FS outside the range
• Tear arm to maintain 104 +/- 1mm accuracy
• The size of the paper surface should be strictly controlled at 25 * 15mm
• Before use, confirm that the selected pendulum meets the test requirements
