Overview
KY100 cabinet flexo Ink Proofer is a professional equipment for monochrome proofing (e.g. color scheme, testing). It uses a large roller structure, easy installation of printing materials and Printing Plates, and can be used for Spreader, solid color and Dot pattern proofing. It is suitable for a variety of inks and proofing materials.
Features
1. Pottery and porcelain rollers first rotate the ink evenly, and the printing materials and Printing Plate rollers start to rotate synchronously for one week to complete proofing, and run synchronously to ensure mass.
2. The four structures of drawdown blade, Pottery and porcelain roller, Printing Plate cylinder and printing material cylinder can adjust the pressure separately and flexibly.
3. The mesh roller and drawdown blade are easy to disassemble and assemble.
4. Using large roller structure, it is simple and convenient to install printing materials, install Printing Plate and clean Printing Plate.
5. The instrument can be Spreader, solid color, Dot pattern proofing.
Principle
Pottery and porcelain rollers rotate the device to achieve uniform inking, and then the printing material cylinder and the Printing Plate cylinder start and rotate one week synchronously, and complete the transfer of inks to the printing material during the synchronous operation to achieve proofing. The pressure of the drawdown blade, Pottery and porcelain roller, Printing Plate cylinder and printing material cylinder can be adjusted independently to control the ink volume and printing pressure.

Steps
1. Use a dropper to drop ink for inking.
2. Install the proofing material (Film thickness 0.01~ 2mm bendable material, size 170x210mm).
3. Install the Printing Plate (area 150X160mm).
4. Adjust the pressure of drawdown blades, Pottery and porcelain rollers, Printing Plate rollers, and Printing Material rollers individually as needed.
5. Start the equipment, Pottery and porcelain rollers first rotate the ink evenly, and then the printing material and the Printing Plate roller rotate synchronously for one week to complete the proofing.
6. Adjust the printing speed (10-80 m/min).
7. If equipped with UV curing device, carry out curing.

• Input power is 220V, 50/60Hz.
• Instrument power is 1000W (of which LED-UV is 500W).
• Proofing material Film thickness range is 0.01~ 2mm (bendable material).
• The maximum size of the proofing material is 170x210mm, and the effective printing area is 120x148mm.
• The pressure adjustment range of plate roller and screen roller, plate roller and embossing roller is +/- 2mm, please adjust carefully according to the scale display.
• Pottery and porcelain net roller line number is 600LPI, Miscellaneous line number (70-1200 line) need to be customized.
• Applicable inks include flexographic waterborne, UV ink, lithography, letterpress plate plain or UV ink.
• Applicable proofing materials include paper, Plastic film, non-woven fabric, napkin, gold and silver cardboard, etc.
• UV curing device is optional.
