Overview
GFJ2200 Disperser is a factory-sold high-speed dispersion equipment, mainly used for Stir dissolving, dispersing and homogenizing a variety of mixed liquids and solids. It uses a speed-regulating motor, which can operate in the range of 80-1200 rpm, medium speed for Stir dissolving, high speed for dispersion homogenization, and is widely used in the production of chemical products such as Coatings, pigments, inks, gluing agents, etc.

Principle
Through the high-speed swirl/spin of the blade, the material is violently flipped up and down in the container, and collides and shears with the blade, thereby rapidly dispersing and homogenizing the mixing, and accelerating the dissolving process.

Steps
1. Start the speed regulating motor and adjust the speed as needed (medium speed for Stir dissolving, high speed for dispersion homogenization).
2. Use the electric lifting function to adjust the position of the dispersion plate.
3. Put the material into the container and start the equipment for dispersal processing.
4. After processing is complete, stop the equipment and clean it.
Notice
• Ensure that the container size does not exceed the maximum allowable size (diameter 450mm, height 650mm).
• Pay attention to the speed range during operation to avoid overspeed operation.
• Regularly check the vibration and noise of the equipment and maintain it in a timely manner.
• When using multiple containers alternately, ensure correct installation and positioning.
