Overview
The GFJ3000 Disperser is a factory-sold high-speed dispersion device, mainly used for Stir dissolving, dispersing and homogenizing a variety of mixed liquids and solids. The device uses a speed-regulated motor, which can operate in the range of 80-1200 rpm. Medium speed is used for Stir dissolving, high speed is used for dispersion homogenization, and the material is turned up and down in the container through the high-speed swirl/spin of the blades to quickly disperse the mixing and accelerate the dissolving process.

Principle
The Disperser drives the high-speed swirl/spin of the blades through a speed-regulated motor. The material is violently flipped up and down in the container, and collides and shears with the blades to achieve rapid dispersion, homogeneous mixing and accelerated dissolving. Medium speed is used for Stir dissolving, high speed is used for dispersion homogenization.

Steps
1. Place the container under the equipment to ensure that the maximum size of the container does not exceed 450mm in diameter and 650mm in height.
2. Select the dispersion disc as required (standard 100/120mm)
3. Start the device and adjust the speed within the range of 0~ 3000rpm through the electronic control box
4. Use the electric lifting function to adjust the Stir position, the lifting stroke is 700mm
5. Stir, disperse or homogenize equipment
6. Multiple containers can be used alternately to increase efficiency
