Principle
The equipment controls the motor Rotation speed through the frequency converter to drive the Impeller to perform high-speed swirling/spinning in the material to realize the dispersion and mixing of the material. Its built-in electric dual-axis constant force lifting system can precisely control the lifting position of the Impeller to adapt to different containers and process requirements.

Steps
1. Move the device to the workplace.
2. According to the container size and process requirements, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
3. Put the material to be processed into the container.
4. Rotation speed and timing parameters are set through the control panel.
5. Start the equipment and adjust the Impeller to the appropriate working height using the electric lifting system.
6. After processing is complete, raise the Impeller and turn off the power.
