Overview
MXF-C1100D electric lifting dispersion Stirrer is an experimental pilot small batch dispersion Stirrer launched by the MUXUAN brand. Principle
The device controls the motor Rotation speed through the frequency converter to drive the Impeller to disperse and mix materials. Its built-in electric dual-axis constant force lifting system can precisely adjust the working height of the Impeller in the container, and cooperate with the intelligent timing function to realize an automated and efficient dispersion mixing process.

Steps
1. Move the equipment to the workplace through casters.
2. According to the container size and material Processing capacity (10~ 30L), select the appropriate Impeller (standard 80/100mm; optional 60, 120mm) and install.
3. Place the container containing the material (container size: φ 400mm, height 560mm) under the mixing head.
4. Use the electric lift system to adjust the Impeller to the appropriate working height (Lift Travel 500mm).
5. Set the required Rotation speed (0~ 5000rpm) and intelligent timing parameters through the digital display control panel.
6. Start the equipment and start the dispersion mixing operation.
7. After the job is completed, raise the Impeller and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed on a stable ground for operation.
• Select the appropriate Impeller specification based on material characteristics and Processing capacity.
• The size of the container must meet the equipment requirements (φ 400mm, height 560mm), and must not exceed the maximum processing capacity (30L).
• Check whether the electric lifting system and stirring parts are firmly installed before operation.
• Follow the operation guidelines of the intelligent Control system for parameter setting.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous objects into the mixing area while the equipment is running.
• Maintain the equipment regularly to ensure its performance and safety.
