Principle
The device adjusts the height of the Impeller through an electric lifting system, and uses frequency conversion technology to control the motor Rotation speed, thereby driving the Impeller to disperse and mix materials efficiently.

Steps
1. Move the equipment to the workplace through casters.
2. According to the container size and Material Processing capacity, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
3. Use the electric lift system to adjust the Impeller to the appropriate height.
4. Rotation speed and timing are set by digital variable frequency controller.
5. Start the equipment for dispersion mixing operation.
6. After the job is completed, raise the Impeller and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Please select the appropriate amount of material according to the capacity (5-200L) and mixing Processing capacity (20-70L) for operation.
• Make sure that the size of the container placed (φ 400mm, height 560mm) is within the allowable range of the equipment.
• Check whether the electric lift system and Impeller installation are firm before operation.
• Follow the operating specifications of the frequency conversion controller for parameter setting.
Equipment should be moved smoothly to avoid violent collisions.
