Principle
The equipment controls the motor Rotation speed through the frequency converter to drive the Impeller to perform high-speed swirling/spinning in the material to realize the dispersion and mixing of the material. Its built-in electric dual-axis constant force lifting system can precisely control the lifting position of the Impeller to adapt to different containers and process requirements.

Steps
1. Move the device to the workplace.
2. According to the container size and process requirements, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
3. Adjust the Impeller to the appropriate height through the electric lifting system.
4. Set the Rotation speed parameters and intelligent timing function of the inverter.
5. Start the equipment for dispersion mixing operation.
6. After the job is completed, raise the Impeller, turn off the power, and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply connection of the device is correct and stable before use.
• Select the appropriate Impeller configuration according to the material characteristics and Processing capacity (50~ 200L).
• Lifting Travel is 800mm, please pay attention to the lifting range when operating to avoid collision.
• The maximum size of the container that can be placed in the equipment is about 600mm and the height is 700mm. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the equipment modules without authorization.
• Regularly maintain the equipment to ensure smooth and safe operation.
