Overview

Principle
The Stirrer drives the stirring shaft and blades to swirl/spin at high speed through a high-performance variable frequency motor. The user sets and adjusts the Rotation speed through the CPU variable frequency digital display Control system, and the motor outputs the corresponding power according to the command to drive the Impeller to generate strong shearing, Impact and turbulence in the material, so as to achieve rapid dispersion, mixing and homogenization of the material. The manual lifting mechanism allows the user to flexibly adjust the working position of the Impeller in the container.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate container according to the amount of material handled (5-30L) (container size recommendation: diameter of φ 300mm, height within 430mm).
2. Select the appropriate Impeller (standard 80/100mm; optional 60mm, 120mm) according to the process requirements and install it on the mixing shaft.
3. Adjust the Impeller to the appropriate starting height in the container through the manual lifting mechanism.
4. Add the material to the container.
5. Turn on the power supply, set the required Rotation speed (adjustable from 0-5000rpm) and optional timing function through the CPU frequency conversion digital display control panel.
6. Start the device and the Impeller starts working. During operation, the Impeller height can be fine-tuned by manual lifting mechanism.
7. After the work is completed, turn off the power, raise the Impeller, and perform cleaning and maintenance.

• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements and ensure that the equipment is well grounded.
• Select the appropriate container and Impeller specifications according to Processing capacity (5-30L) and material characteristics to avoid overload operation.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items under the swirl/spin Impeller or inside the container while the equipment is running.
When performing manual lifting operations, ensure a smooth lifting process to avoid violent collisions.
• Regularly maintain the equipment and check the fastening of various components to ensure stable operation.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply and ensure that the stirring shaft stops rotating completely.
• Do not use this equipment in a flammable and explosive environment.
