Overview
The single-stage emulsification pump MXR-1.5-1 is a pipeline emulsification device with a set of rotating stators that can be configured in multiple layers. The motor generates a strong suction force when swirling/spinning at high speed, sucks the material and passes through multi-stage dispersion, shearing and emulsification, and obtains stable high-quality products through cycle processing. It is suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of liquid-liquid or mutually soluble materials.
Features
1, the operation is simple and convenient: its own circulation cylinder, good conveying capacity, solvent self-circulation cleaning is convenient, no need for additional conveyor pump, double-decked chill down barrel design makes the equipment low temperature.

Principle
The single-stage emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure, and a set of pair-coupled rotating stators are installed in the narrow working chamber. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, so that the rotating stator forms a vacuum, and the material is sucked into the cavity from the inlet of the double-decked Mixing Tank. The powerful kinetic energy imparts high linear speed to the rotor, so that the material experiences strong impact, crush, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shearing between the rotation and stator gaps, and then flies out, generating strong turbulence under the action of various different directional forces. The material flows out from the outlet and enters the double-decked Mixing Tank cycle, so that the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase media uniformly and finely disperse the emulsification in an instant, forming a stable high-quality product.
