Overview
The single-stage pipeline emulsification pump (model: MXR-2.2-1) is a device for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of materials. Its working chamber is equipped with a set of rotating stators that can be configured in multiple layers. The high-speed swirl/spin of the motor generates a strong suction force, sucks the material and passes through multi-stage dispersion, shearing and emulsification, and finally obtains a stable high-quality product, especially suitable for liquid-liquid or mutually soluble materials.
Features

4. Strong non-standard properties: materials can be customized according to requirements, such as SS304, SS316L, titanium alloy, titanium molybdenum nickel alloy, etc.; explosion-proof equipment can be customized, and frequency conversion speed regulation can be optional.
Principle
The single-stage emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure, and its narrow working chamber is equipped with a set of pair-coupled rotating stators. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, forming a vacuum in the rotating stator area, and sucking the material from the Mixing Tank inlet into the chamber. The high linear speed generated by the rotor causes the material to experience strong impact, crush, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shear between the rotating and stator gaps, and then fly out, generating strong turbulence under the action of various different directional forces. After the material flows out of the outlet, it can enter the Mixing Tank cycle, so as to realize the uniform and fine dispersion and emulsification of the insoluble solid, liquid and gas media in an instant.

Steps
1. Prepare materials according to material characteristics (viscosity ≤ 20000 cps) and single Processing capacity (5-20L).
2. Add the material to the circulating cartridge that comes with the device.
3. Start the equipment, the motor drives the rotating stator to swirl/spin at high speed, and the material is sucked into the working chamber for dispersion, shearing and emulsification.
4. After processing, the material flows out from the outlet and can be recycled back to the cylinder for continuous processing until the required quality is achieved.
5. After the treatment is completed, the solvent can be used for self-circulating cleaning of the equipment.
