Overview
MUXUAN MXF-A2.2D Small Batch Stirring Disperser is a pilot-scale small batch frequency conversion Disperser in the MXF-A series. It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of paints, Coatings, pigments, plastics, food and other liquid Stocks. It provides correct data for large-scale production and can also be used for small batch production. This model has a Processing capacity of 10-70L and adopts manual lifting mode.

Principle
Driven by the motor, the dispersion disc runs at high speed, causing the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, and falling to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the material particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Dispersion and mixing of materials in biological, food, Coatings, inks, Adhesive, dyestuff, pesticide and other industries.

The applicable range of material viscosity is ≤ 50000 cps.
• Processing capacity 10-70L is the reference value based on water, and the actual Processing capacity may vary depending on the material characteristics.
• The maximum size of the container that can be placed is 400mm in diameter and 560mm in height.
• This model is an ordinary type, hand lift (MXF-A * D is an electric lift ordinary type, MXF-A * F is a motor explosion-proof hand lift type, and MXF-A * Q is a fully explosion-proof hand lift type).
