MUXUAN MXF-A3D Small Batch Mixing Disperser is a new product designed according to actual production needs. It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of liquid Stocks such as paints, coatings, pigments, plastics, and food. It provides correct data for large-scale production and can also be used for small batch production. The model has a Processing capacity of 10-70L and adopts manual lifting mode.

Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, achieving the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate mixing form according to the material characteristics and install it.
2. Put the material into a container that can be placed (maximum size of the container: 400mm in diameter, 560mm in height).
3. Adjust the dispersion disc to the appropriate height through the hand lifting mechanism.
4. Rotation speed and timing parameters are set by CPU digital controller.
5. Start the device for decentralized and mixed operations.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.

This machine is suitable for materials with a viscosity of less than or equal to 50,000 cps.
