Overview
MUXUAN MXF-A1.1 Small Batch Mixing Disperser is a new type of product designed according to actual production needs. It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of liquid Stocks such as paints, coatings, pigments, plastics, and food. It provides correct data for large-scale production and can also be used for small batch production. The model Processing capacity is 10-70L, and the explosion-proof type can be customized according to the material characteristics.
Features

Principle
Driven by the motor, the dispersion disc runs at high speed, causing the material to form an annular flow and generate a strong vortex, and the material drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Dispersion and mixing of materials in biological, food, Coatings, inks, Adhesive, dyestuff, pesticide and other industries
Steps
1. Select the appropriate mixing form (e.g. blade type, tooth plate type, blade type) according to the material characteristics and install it.
2. Place the material to be processed in the container to ensure that the container size (maximum diameter 400mm, height 560mm) and Processing capacity (10-70L) meet the requirements.
3. Adjust the dispersion disc to the appropriate height through the hand lifting mechanism.
4. Turn on the power supply (220V/380V), and set the required Rotation speed (0-1500rpm) and timing parameters through the CPU digital display control panel.
5. Start the equipment for decentralized and mixed operations.
6. After the job is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• This machine is suitable for liquid Stock with material viscosity ≤ 50000 cps.
• Processing capacity is based on water, actual Processing capacity may vary depending on material characteristics.
Before operation, make sure that the container is firmly placed and the size does not exceed the maximum allowable range of the equipment (diameter 400mm, height 560mm).
• Travel 500mm, please pay attention to the lifting range when operating.
• Dispersion stirring heads of different diameters (e.g. 80/150/180mm) can be selected as required.
• For occasions with explosion-proof requirements, the corresponding explosion-proof model (such as MXF-A * F or MXF-A * Q) can be selected.
