Overview
MUXUAN MXF-A1.1D Small Batch Mixing Disperser is a new type of product designed according to actual production needs. It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of liquid Stocks such as paints, Coatings, pigments, plastics, and food. It provides correct data for large-scale production and can also be used for small batch production. This model can disperse 10-70L of materials.

Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, achieving the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

• This machine is suitable for working conditions with material viscosity ≤ 50000 cps.
• Processing capacity (with water as standard) is 10-70L.
• The maximum size of the container that can be placed is 400mm in diameter and 560mm in height.
• Power supply is 220V/380V.
• Model suffix "D" stands for ordinary, electric lift.
• Different diameter (80mm, 150mm, 180mm) dispersion discs can be selected according to material characteristics and process requirements.
