Overview
MUXUAN MXF-A1.1F Small Batch Mixing Disperser is a new type of product designed according to actual production needs. It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of liquid Stocks such as paints, Coatings, pigments, plastics, and food. It provides data support for large-scale production and can also be used for small batch production. This model is an explosion-proof type of motor and adopts a hand-crank lifting method.

Principle
The dispersion disc runs at high speed, causing the material to form an annular flow and generate a strong vortex, and the material spirals down to the bottom of the eddy current. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Notice
- This machine is suitable for working conditions with material viscosity ≤ 50000 cps.
Processing capacity range is 10-100L (water as standard).
The maximum size of the container that can be placed is 400mm in diameter and 560mm in height.
- Dispersing disc diameter is standard 100/120mm, optional 80mm, 150mm, 180mm.
- MXF-A * F model is motor explosion-proof type, only supports hand lifting mode.
