MUXUAN MXF-A1.1Q Small Batch Mixing Disperser is a fully explosion-proof pilot equipment in the MXF-A series. It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of paints, coatings, pigments, plastics, food and other liquid Stocks. It provides correct data for large-scale production and can also be used for small batch production. The model has a Processing capacity of 10-100L and adopts a hand lift method.

Principle
Driven by the motor, the dispersion disc runs at high speed, causing the material to form an annular flow and generate a strong vortex, and the material spirals down to the bottom of the eddy current. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.
