Principle
The drying oven generates heat through a stainless steel heating tube, and the hot air is evenly blown into the studio by the side air duct forced convection system (lateral air circulation) to realize heating and drying of the sample. Using digital tube dual-column PID Control mode, the temperature in the box is accurately monitored by the pt100 temperature sensor, and compared and adjusted with the set value to maintain a stable Operating temperature.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and time by tapping the four buttons (Timer Range 0~ 9999 minutes, with timing waiting function).
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation, scheduled operation, or program operation).
4. Start the device and start working.
5. After the operation, the device will automatically stop.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC220V before use.
• Load per shelf no more than 15kg.
• Pay attention to the unblocking of the exhaust port of the equipment (top, inner diameter 28mm).
• Menu lock function can be used to prevent misoperation.
The equipment has an over-lift alarm function, but it is still necessary to observe the operating status.
