Overview
TAISITE WHL-30B (with program mode) electric thermostatic drying oven is a High Accuracy, safe and reliable laboratory equipment. It uses digital tube dual-row PID Control mode, Temperature range (RT + 10~ 300 ℃), with fixed value operation, timing operation, automatic stop and single-segment/program temperature control conversion and other operating functions, and standard program mode can store 50 experimental programs.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through the internal nickel-chromium alloy heating wire (OCr27A17Mo2), adopts natural convection mode, combines the vertical double air duct air sleeve and the turbine centrifugal forced air supply system, so that the hot air in the working room is circulated to achieve uniform temperature. The temperature is detected by the Pt100 Sensor and fed back to the digital tube dual-column PID controller for precise adjustment to achieve the set thermostatic or programmed heating process.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Set the target temperature and time by tapping the four buttons (Timer Range 0-9999 minutes, with waiting function).
3. Select the operation mode: set-value operation, regular operation or call the preset program to run.
4. Start the device, and the device will automatically control the temperature to the set value and run.
5. After the operation, the device will automatically stop, or it will be automatically executed according to the program steps.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC220V and check whether the grounding is reliable.
When the equipment is running and just finished, the temperature of the box is high, do not touch it, and be careful of burns.
* When placing the sample, the total load should not exceed Load per shelf (15kg), and pay attention to keep the airflow in the box smooth.
* Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box for drying.
* Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to cut off the power until the box is completely chilled down.
* If not in use for a long time, please cut off the power supply and wipe the box clean.
In the event of a malfunction or abnormal alarm, the power should be cut off immediately and a professional should be contacted to handle it.
