Overview
TAISITE 202-0AB (with programmed mode) electric thermostatic drying oven is a device that uses the classic natural convection drying method. It has functions such as constant operation, timing operation and automatic stop, and is suitable for drying, baking and heat treatment.

Principle
The drying oven uses natural convection for heat exchange. The internal nickel-chromium alloy heating wire generates heat, and the temperature is precisely adjusted through the intelligent PID controller to realize thermostatic drying. The equipment supports fixed-value operation and programmed temperature control mode, and can automatically complete the heating, thermostatic and stop processes according to the settings.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V).
2. Set the required temperature and running time by tapping the four buttons (0 to 9999 minutes).
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or program temperature control mode).
4. Start the device and start working.
5. You can observe the internal items through the observation window.
6. After the operation, the device automatically stops.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC 220V and meets the rated current requirements.
* Temperature range of equipment is RT + 10~ 250 ℃, please do not use beyond the range.
* Load per shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
* Pay attention to the position of the exhaust port of the equipment (rear and top test holes) to ensure smooth ventilation.
* Please confirm that the menu lock, over-rise alarm and other safety functions are set correctly before use.
* When the equipment is running, do not frequently open and close the box door, so as not to affect the temperature Stability.
Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
* Accessories such as Shelf, RS485 interface, printer can be selected as required.
