Principle
The drying oven generates heat through a nickel-chromium alloy heating wire, and uses a natural convection method (combined with a vertical double air duct air sleeve and a turbine centrifugal forced air supply system) to circulate the hot air in the box to ensure uniform temperature in the studio. The temperature control core is a liquid crystal dual-column PID controller, which monitors the temperature in the box in real time through the Pt100 temperature sensor, and compares and calculates with the user's set value to automatically adjust the Heating power for accurate and stable thermostatic control. Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
