Principle
The drying oven generates heat through a nickel-chromium alloy heating wire (OCr27A17Mo2). Under the action of natural convection or forced air supply (vertical double air duct air jacket, turbine centrifugal forced air supply), the air in the box is circulated to achieve uniform heating. The temperature is monitored in real time by the Pt100 Sensor and fed back to the digital tube double row PID controller for precise adjustment to maintain the set temperature value. Program mode allows users to preset complex temperature-time Linear dispersion for automated operation.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Set the target temperature and time (if required) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode: set-value operation, regular operation or call the preset program.
4. Start the equipment and start heating.
5. After the operation is completed, the device automatically stops (if the timing is set or the program ends).
6. After use, turn off the power.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
Do not place flammable or explosive items in the box.
* When placing items, make sure not to exceed Load per shelf (15kg) and distribute reasonably.
Please pay attention to high temperature during operation to avoid burns.
