Overview
TAISITE GP-45BE (with program mode) drying/foster dual-use box is a High Accuracy equipment that integrates drying, baking, wax, heat treatment and bacterial foster functions. It adopts a vertical double air duct air jacket and a turbine centrifugal forced air supply design to ensure uniform temperature in the box, and is equipped with a PID temperature controller to achieve accurate temperature control. It supports fixed-value operation, regular operation and automatic stop, and is easy to operate.

Principle
The equipment is heated by stainless steel heating pipe, using double air duct forced convection mode, and forced air supply by turbo centrifugal fan to form a vertical circulation air duct to ensure uniform temperature in the studio. The temperature control is precisely adjusted by PID temperature controller, and the Sensor adopts pt100 to achieve a stable temperature environment. The program mode supports single-stage temperature control and program temperature control conversion, and can store and run multiple programs.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V/5.5A 50/60Hz).
2. Set the target temperature and time (Timer Range 0~ 9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation, regular operation, or program operation.
4. Start the device, and the LCD screen displays real-time measurement of temperature and set temperature.
5. After the operation, the device will automatically stop, or it will be automatically executed according to the program steps.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC220V/5.5A 50/60Hz).
• When the equipment is running, do not block the top exhaust port (inner diameter 28mm).
• Load per shelf is 15kg, please do not overload.
• Foster Temperature range is RT + 5~ 80 ℃, drying Temperature range is 80~ 250 ℃, please do not use beyond the range.
• Please confirm that the safety device (over-lift alarm, over-lift preventer) is functioning normally before use.
• The device has a menu button lock function to prevent misoperation.
• Pay attention to the working environment of the equipment and ensure that it is well ventilated to facilitate heat dissipation.
Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
